The following challenges await you: In your role as Manager (m/f/d) Business Controlling, you will be responsible for providing consolidated financial reports and analyses to the top management of the Heraeus Group. The execution and control of forecasts as well as short-, medium- and long-term planning in cooperation with the business is also part of your job. You are the sparring partner of the GBU finance teams for all controlling related issues, including strategic projects. Contribute to shaping the processes for non-financial reporting topics (e.g. CSRD and EU taxonomy). Through system and process improvements, you will make a valuable contribution to increase our efficiency. In addition, you will participate in strategic projects (e.g. M&A). Last but not least, you will prepare ad-hoq analyses for top management and high-level committees.
