For our project management department in Essen we are looking for a:
Project Manager (m/w/d)
Lead international projects through the complete project lifecycle from early sales involvement to successful handover to the client
Ensure successful execution of the projects within the scope of the contract, within budget, on time and in the right quality.
Act as the representative of the project towards the client as the key point of contact
Ensure efficient management of interfaces between internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive Project Risk- Change- und Claim Management
Lead the interdisciplinary project team
Ensure efficient communication and information flow within the team
Documenting and monitoring of project progress, escalating critical issues and preparing relevant materials for decision-making.
Preparing internal and external project reports for clients and management
Ensure compliance with Q-HSE requirements
This is important to us:
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a similar discipline
3-5 years of relevant project management experience from handling complex technical projects in an international environment
Ability to think ahead and keep the overview
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate people
Customer focused and solution-oriented
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Willing to travel worldwide
