About the role: The Telesales and Digital Acquisition Delivery Lead is responsible for driving strategic and operational development agenda to improve sales performance of small and medium enterprise segment (SME) through telesales as well as digital acquisition channels across bp’s European fleet business. The role holder will drive sales projects execution, sales efficiency improvements, sales channel optimization and synergies between telesales and digital sales, quality assurance of telesales agencies and consistent performance management to enable volume and margin delivery in the segment of small and medium enterprises (SME) across Europe. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders in Marketing, Credit, Pricing and technical teams. Your Tasks: Design, implement and supervise execution of strategic and operational projects in to support volume and margin delivery against Fleet Plan Own change agenda of Telesales and Digital acquisition Team across Europe Drive omnichannel sales and synergies between telesales and digital acquisition to maximize sales and optimize cost to serve. Drive sales efficiency improvements, sales channel optimization and consistent performance management through telesales and digital acquisition channels. Drive improvements in design of the digital acquisition channel to improve conversion rates. Design and lead sales excellence and quality assurance programme of Telesales agencies across Europe in cooperation with Telesales coordinators. Help to develop and drive sales initiatives across Fleet. Dimension info: Portfolio of >70,000 SME customers and deliver ambitious growth plan Support delivery of ~700 million litres volume and ~60 million EUR profit plan Countries in scope: Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Portugal Your background: Bachelor's degree or higher in sales, Marketing, Business or Economics. Excellent SAP Technical & MI Reporting Skills At least 3-5 years of experience in Fuel cards sales or Telesales management or Online sales management Experience in B2B, ideally Fleet related business and understanding of Customers /Competitors Understanding the external and internal customer needs and strives to exceed their expectations Excellent project management, change management and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen and drive for delivery of commercial results Knowledge of digital processes and interfaces between processes and systems Very self-motivated and able to work as a self-starter; Understanding and implementing sales and marketing strategy and programmes Fluent in German and English, other European language advantage (Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese) This is what you can expect: bp stands for agile working in a digitized, team-oriented and international working environment Flexible and mobile working as well as 30 days of leave Attractive remuneration package (company pension scheme, bonus and share programme, Aral fuel card, group accident insurance, various special benefits) International career and development opportunities as well as extensive internal and external training opportunities Subsidized canteen and free hot drinks and water Commitment to society: bp doubles the donations made privately by employees to non-profit organizations and rewards voluntary time commitment.
