Our new Digitalization Area is one of our change driving units in the food family. As thought leaders and pioneers we have to recognize changes in customer expectations, market conditions, technical possibilities and external influences at a very early stage and find a response to them.

This requires first-class digital marketing skills, an excellent understanding of data, and a keen sense of relevant trends. We consistently question how we can ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness with digitalized and automated processes in the food family.
Within our new area we will also take new paths when it comes to leadership. We will the leave the classical way, where personal and professional/functional leadership are thought together. Instead we will separate these two responsibilities from each other, which means that the People Lead will be responsible for the personal leading and development of 20 up to 30 people.
